Service offering

  • DBM&Co. Executive Recruitment guides clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process. Our service involves conducting key informant interviews and gathering context to thoroughly comprehend the unique needs of our clients and the specific role. Subsequently, we create a detailed role profile, utilizing it for targeted outreach and connections. During this six to eight-week process, our clients receive regular updates, market assessments. We deliver a comprehensive, qualified, and diverse longlist of candidates for your consideration at the end of the process.

Upon the client's selection of a shortlist, DBM&Co. provides interview support, conducts references, and assists with package negotiation.

  • Longlist Preparation mirrors our executive search offering; however, candidates are transferred to our clients once selected for interviews from the longlist. The client manages the interview process independently thereafter.

  • This is a streamlined headhunting service, ideal for clients equipped with internal recruitment teams that may be resource-constrained in proactively sourcing candidates.

The client will be provided with an extended list of candidates potentially suitable for the role, though they have not undergone a comprehensive vetting process. The client retains control over the entire recruitment process internally.

  • Collaborating with teams on the staffing aspect of business development proposals within the development sector where key personnel or a project team are required for proposal submission.

  • Numerous clients rely on new sources of funding from international donors, which can leading to a sudden influx of substantial resources and the need to rapidly expand staffing to meet donor deliverables. This surge in demand can overwhelm program and/or HR teams.

DBM&Co. can guide clients through this challenging phase, assisting in recruitment planning and prioritization, and providing support in filling new roles as the client and donor require.

  • We provide access to a skilled network of recruiters specializing in development when we lack the expertise or capacity to fulfill your requirements.
